Terms and Conditions

1. Admission Requirements

  • Students must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the diploma course, including educational qualifications, age, and physical fitness requirements.
  • Applicants must submit all required documents, including academic transcripts, identification proof, and medical fitness certificates.
  • Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the initial enrollment fee and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Course Fees and Payment

  • Course fees include tuition, training materials, and access to facilities but exclude costs for uniforms, certification exams, and additional training.
  • Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined in the admission letter. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under the refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only in the following cases:
    • Course cancellation by the academy.
    • Withdrawal before the course commencement, subject to a processing fee.
  • No refunds will be provided after the course has started.
  • Any claims for refunds must be submitted in writing with supporting documents.

4. Attendance and Conduct

  • Students are required to maintain at least 80% of attendance to qualify for exams or certifications.
  • Misconduct, including plagiarism, harassment, or violations of academy policies, may result in suspension or expulsion without a refund.
  • The academy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment or compromises safety.

5. Course Completion and Certification

  • Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course modules, practical sessions, and assessments.
  • The academy does not guarantee employment or placement upon course completion.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • The academy is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or property loss sustained on its premises or during training sessions.
  • Students are encouraged to obtain personal insurance for medical and accident coverage.

7. Changes to Courses

  • The academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, instructors, and training locations as necessary.
  • Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during admission and training will be handled in compliance with data protection laws.
  • The academy may use student information for academic and administrative purposes but will not share it with third parties without consent.

9. Grievance Redressal

  • Students can report grievances to the designated office or email provided by the academy.
  • All grievances will be addressed promptly, adhering to the academy’s policies.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.

By enrolling in a Diploma course at Alpha Aviations, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
